Questions people ask

I sold land or a building bought before 23 July 2024. Is there another option?

Resident individuals and HUFs can pay 20% with indexation instead of 12.5% without it, whichever is lower. We can compare both for you.

Can I reduce the tax on a property sale?

Reinvesting the gain in another house or in specified bonds can give an exemption, within limits and time frames. Talk to us before you sell or reinvest.
