Questions people ask

What happens if I file a TDS statement late?

A fee of ₹200 a day applies until it is filed, up to the tax deducted. Separate interest applies if the tax itself was deposited late.

My vendor says the TDS does not show in their Form 26AS. What now?

It is usually a PAN or challan mismatch in the statement. We find the error and file a correction statement.

Do I need a TAN?

Generally, anyone who deducts or collects tax needs a TAN. We check your case and apply for one if you need it.
