- Callback form: your name, mobile number and the service you need, and, if you choose, your email and a message.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Basic technical data that our web host records when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This keeps the website secure and working.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, to provide the service you ask for, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Your consent
The callback form asks for your consent before you submit it, with an unticked box. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing gst.shingala90@gmail.com. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry 12 months after you send it, or sooner if you withdraw consent. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help run this website and our email, such as our web hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email provider (Google). They process data on our instructions. We share data with government authorities only when the law requires it, or when you ask us to file something on your behalf.
