GST return filing

We file your GST returns on time, matched against your sales and purchase data, so your input tax credit is right and mismatch notices are fewer.

Who this is for

  • Regular GST taxpayers who file every month
  • Small businesses on the QRMP scheme (quarterly returns, monthly payment)
  • Businesses that need the annual return (GSTR-9) or reconciliation statement (GSTR-9C)
  • Anyone with pending returns, or a GST notice about mismatches

What we do

  • Prepare GSTR-1 from your sales invoices, including e-invoice data if you issue e-invoices
  • Match your purchases with GSTR-2B before input tax credit is claimed
  • Work out the tax payable and prepare GSTR-3B for your approval
  • File the annual return and reconciliation statement where required
  • Reply to mismatch notices and clear pending returns in the right order

Questions people ask

What is the QRMP scheme?

Businesses with turnover up to ₹5 crore can file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B every quarter while paying tax every month. That means fewer returns, but payments still follow a monthly cycle.

I have not filed returns for a few months. What now?

Returns have to be filed in order, so the oldest go first. We work out the late fee and interest, then clear the pending returns one by one.

Why is my input tax credit lower than my purchase bills?

Credit is generally limited to what your suppliers have reported, which shows in GSTR-2B. We match your bills against GSTR-2B every month and tell you which suppliers have not filed.

Is the annual return compulsory?

GSTR-9 is optional if your turnover is up to ₹2 crore. Above ₹5 crore, the reconciliation statement GSTR-9C is also needed.
